And if you’re ever in the neighborhood of one of these spots, do yourself the favor of trying them. You won’t regret it.
1. Clover, 913 E Sharp Ave., Spokane
Clover is cozy and welcoming (it's set in a restored craftsman style home from 1910), but it's not just the ambiance that will keep you coming back. Whether you go for dinner or the weekend brunch, the menu of locally sourced goodness doesn't disappoint.
2. JuneBaby, 2122 NE 65th St., Seattle
JuneBaby was recently declared Eater’s Best New Restaurant of the Year. Need we say more?
3. Mozart's Steakhouse, 829 Front St. (Upstairs), Leavenworth
Jessica Wick
Mozart's sits hidden in plain sight on Leavenworth's bustling Front Street. The town is obviously known for its German food, and you'll find some Bavarain options on this menu -- but the steaks are too delicious and perfectly prepared to resist.
4. Adrift Restaurant, 510 Commercial Ave., Anacortes
The Skagit Valley is responsible for some of our finest foods, and Adrift takes full advantage of the local bounty. The results speak for themselves.
5. Crafted, 22 North 1st St., Yakima
Crafted opened in Yakima in the summer of 2017, promptly earning an outstanding reputation. The menu is chef driven and locally sourced, consisting of plenty of creative options as well as a few classics.
6. Carmine's Italian Restaurant, 525 W 1st Ave., Kennewick
The next time you're in the Tri Cities, do yourself the favor of trying Carmine's. This family owned eatery serves pasta dishes and other Italian staples that are out of the world.
7. Pacific Grill, 1502 Pacific Ave., Tacoma
Pacific Grill is Tacoma’s most Award-Winning restaurant, and it's definitely worthy of that title. The seafood and contemporary American dishes here are phenomenal.
8. Dockside Grill on Sequim Bay, 2577 W Sequim Bay Rd., Sequim
Not only are the views here exceptional, but the food is flavorful and the service is attentive. Dockside Grill serves local seafood, steaks and burgers in a casual and friendly setting.
9. Hitchcock, 133 Winslow Way E Suite 100, Bainbridge Island
Most people don't need an excuse to visit the beautiful Bainbridge Island, but if for some reason you do, make Hitchcock the reason you go. Owner and chef Brendan McGill has received numerous awards and shout-outs, even being dubbed the People’s Best New Chef by Food and Wine Magazine in 2013.
10. Saffron Mediterranean Kitchen, 125 W Alder St., Walla Walla
If you live in Walla Walla and you've never been to Saffron Mediterranean Kitchen, you're really missing out. The menu was inspired by the owners' travels and the people they've met, and everything on it looks delicious.
11. La Bottega, 1905 Main St., Vancouver
La Bottega is a great place to shop for wine and Italian staples, but there's also an onsite cafe that serves authentic Italian food that is to die for. Come hungry (but don't shop hungry).
12. The Harvest Vine, 2701 E Madison St., Seattle
This neighborhood bistro sometimes gets lost in the sea of new and exciting restaurants in Seattle... but rest assured, it's just as outstanding as some of the city's more well known spots.
