Welcome to Polska Kuchnia! If you're craving authentic Polish food made fresh, this is the place to be. In fact, it's so popular that people drive hundreds of miles out of their way to visit.
Wojtek and Sara Lisicki opened their restaurant several years ago, and it's gained quite a reputation. The atmosphere is lovely, and they'll treat you like family here.
Polska Kuchnia makes its own sausage in-house. You'll love the authentic Polish kielbasa that's made with family recipes and smoked right here at the restaurant.
...or sink your teeth into a Biala kielbasa, which is also hand-made right in the restaurant, but instead of smoking it, the Lisickis season it with salt and pepper, garlic, and marjoram and boil it.
The menu also includes other authentic, Old World dishes like Kotlet Schabowym (pork tenderlion), Kotlety z Ryby (fish cutlets), Kotlet Mielony (beef patty), and Kotlet z Drobiu (chicken breast).
For dessert, don't miss out on Sernik, which is a traditional Polish cheesecake. It's made with handmade farmers cheese and served with homemade fig compote.
