It is scientifically impossible to walk through a lavender field and not feel more relaxed (in our opinion, anyway), so we can’t imagine how strolling through 10 acres of beautiful lavender would feel. Jardin du Soleil is located in Sequim, the lavender capital of the Northwest. And depending on when you visit, you can pick your own bundles of tranquility to take home with you.
Jardin du Soleil is located at 3932 Sequim-Dungeness Way in Sequim.
While the annual Sequim Lavender Festival hasn't been happening due to current conditions, it's always possible to have a fun, lavender-filled day trip here.
Jardin du Soleil is a certified organic lavender farm, planted in 1999 on land that was part of a dairy farm established in the 1880s.
While the Sequim Lavender Festival is sadly taking one more year of a hiatus before it returns next summer, you can still go and check out the majority of Sequim’s lavender farms. Jardin du Soleil is particularly delightful, probably because of its on-site lavender shop featuring practically every lavender product you could ever imagine. For updated events, hours, and other happenings, check out the farm’s Facebook page.
