The data compared ranged from the cost of medical care to how many fitness clubs per capita the cities have. While Spokane, Tacoma, and Vancouver all earned a spot on the list (68, 69, and 52 respectively), Seattle managed to come in second on the list. Here’s how the Emerald City earned that spot.
