Whenever possible, they use ingredients from right here in the Pacific Northwest. There are the BBQ Chips, which consist of smoked pork shoulder, house chips, bamalina bbq sauce, and pickled peppers. They are somehow even tastier than they look.
The food here is truly delightful, and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

And if you imbibe, take a look at the cocktail list. While the wine list here is exceptional (and lengthy), the cocktails are a great way to begin (or end) your meal.
Hattaway's on Alder is currently open daily for dinner from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays for brunch from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
