Uneeda Burger in Seattle is taking things back to the basics: they know you need a hamburger and they’re giving you eight different unique options to choose from. This no fuss, no muss roadside burger stop may have a low key philosophy, but their burgers are spectacular.
The innovative menu at this casual spot is pioneered by Chef Scott Staples (formerly of Quinn's and Zoe). Chef wanted to keep the restaurant concept simple so he could focus all his energy on the burger and shake flavors at the joint.
For a unique flavor experience, try the Big Bison with red onion jam, bacon, Beecher’s cheddar, and house sauce. The Lamb Burger with pickled peppers, manchego, arugula, cured lemon, and chermoula sauce is also a popular choice.
Don't sleep on the side dishes! In addition to fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings you can get vegetable tempura, fried cheese curds, or vegetarian chili to round out your meal.
Sub the patty on any burger for a veggie patty or try the specially designed Veggie Burger with housemade veggie patty, portobello mushroom, tomato, pickled red onion, bib lettuce, and lemon garlic herb aioli.
While visiting, choose indoor, outdoor, or bar seating. In the summer, the garage door sides of the shack are rolled up for a breezy indoor-outdoor experience all around.
