And if you’re a Harry Potter fan, you may have paid a particular amount of attention to Suzzallo Library. In addition to being the most recognizable building on campus, in recent years, it has been constantly compared to the Hogwarts Library.

Suzzallo Library is the central library of the University of Washington.

It's named after Henry Suzzallo, who was president of UW until 1926. The first phase of the library's construction was completed in 1926, and it was named after Henry after his death in 1933.
The library's architecture is exquisite, and for that we can thank original architects Charles H. Bebb and Carl F. Gould.
