It started as a little temporary pop-up, a small operation working out of Broadway Alley in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. But the pizzas were so popular and sold out so fast that the co-founders, Jordan Koplowitz and Cal Hoffmann, decided to look for a more permanent location. They just opened Blotto, their first storefront — and it’s a place where you can shop while you wait for your pizza.
