The Pierogi Restaurant In Washington That's Wonderfully Authentic
Pierogi are stuffed dumplings popular in Eastern Europe. They’re absolutely delicious, and luckily, you don’t have to hop an international flight to enjoy them. Washington has a few great spots for pierogi, and Sebi’s Bistro in Seattle is at the top of the list.

And locals agree that it's a true hidden gem.

It's not unusual to see Polish patrons gathered around the table enjoying the food.

Head chef Kamila Kanczugowski was born and raised in a small Polish town and grew up cooking for her younger brother. She learned to cook from her mother and aunt, eventually attending culinary school here in America.

The pierogi comes stuffed with the filling of your choice, and at $13, it's pretty affordable.

The Polish crepes are phenomenal, and their pizzas come topped with a housemade sauce.
