The Edison-Bow area is a foodie's paradise. And while most of the local restaurants are casual, this upscale eatery serves some of the freshest oysters (as well as other seafood, steaks, and vegetarian entrees) with stunning views of the San Juan Islands.

At this charming little Browne's Addition eatery, the pasta is made in-house, the fish and produce are mostly local and always sustainable, the desserts are amazing, and even the brunch menu is stellar. Dillingers definitely nails the speakeasy vibe, with plenty of dark and romantic nooks and crannies. The dinner menu is fairly small, but everything on it (ribeye or risotto, anyone?) is delicious.

Nourish is located on a historic 1880s pioneer farm, which is pretty fantastic in itself. And considering most of the ingredients are grown onsite, it's safe to say the food here is fresh. This restaurant is definitely appropriately named.

The Cameo Heights Mansion is a sprawling paradise located just outside Walla Walla. But you don't have to be an overnight guest to enjoy dinner at The Vine, the onsite fine dining restaurant. From Tuesday-Saturday, you can enjoy a seven course prix-fixe dinner for $69 prepared by Chef Nathan Carlson. It's well worth making the drive from Walla Walla (or anywhere, really) to experience.
