The aptly-named Cementiscope is one of Virginia's most unusual attractions. Located at the intersection of Granby Street and Olney Road, this black and white structure is actually a repurposed cement mixer.
Cementiscope is part of an exciting public art display for the New Energy of Norfolk (NEON) Art District. The cement drum represents all of the new construction that will take place in the city.
