Located in Nelson County, Crabtree Falls is the tallest series of cascading waterfalls east of the Mississippi. The route passes through Covington and as it begins to incline, you'll want to look for a pull-off near the top. On the left, you'll see the Falling Springs Falls Viewing Area.
