Plymouth Artisan Cheese Is So Quintessentially Vermont And You'll Want To Visit Immediately
It’s almost impossible to have average cheese in the state of Vermont. Because when it comes to our cheddar cheese and basically every other cheese, we don’t mess around. This historic cheese factory has been around for many years and it’s certainly worth a trip.

Sticking to tradition, all of their cheeses are crafted, cut, and waxed by hand — just like it was done more than 125 years ago on the Plymouth homestead.

In fact, the factory still occupies the building that it did when it was built in 1890 by Col. John Coolidge, father of Calvin Coolidge, the 30th President of the United States.
