The current Greek Revival Vermont State House is known for its beautiful golden dome. It is actually the third building on the same site to be used as the State House. It was designed by Thomas Silloway in 1857–1858 and it was occupied in 1859.

The Round Church, also known as the Old Round Church, is a rare, well-preserved example of a sixteen-sided meeting house. It was built in 1813 to serve as the meeting place for the town as well as five Protestant congregations.

This monument commemorates the Battle of Bennington during the Revolutionary War. Standing at over 306 feet tall, it was completed and dedicated in 1891. The views from the top are gorgeous!
