Located near Wilmington, the Haystack Mountain Trail has everything from sweeping views across the landscape to beautiful wildflowers in spring. In the summer and fall, the foliage is unreal.
The trail is about four miles and will have you traveling out and back through the woods on Haystack Mountain. It’s a good trail for newbie hikers looking for a bit of a challenge or experienced hikers seeking an easy walking route.
