Today’s featured state park is most popular for its stunning lake, but what makes it unique is a cemetery hike that takes you to a place of Revolutionary War era history.
Lowell Lake State Park in Londonderry is an undeveloped forest land surround a beautiful lake. The natural gem became a state park in 1977 and additional acreage was added to the park in 1996.
The trail is mostly flat and considered just a moderate hike. Engulfed in the woodlands, you'll feel as though you've entered a quiet world of your own.
