The Vermont countryside is full of barns. Working barns, abandoned barns, restaurant barns, barns converted into homes and then some, but there is one barn that is full of surprises and you’ll want to visit! Chapman’s Antique Barn in Wilmington has treasures galore and the history of the place is amazing. While this antique barn in VT is open spring through fall, the downtown shop is open year-round just in case you can’t wait until the spring. We really can’t say we blame you!
Chapman’s Antiques is located at 7 Main Street in Wilmington open Thurs. – Tues. 10am – 5pm (Closed Wednesdays) year-round. Chapman’s Antique Barn is located about 3 miles west of the center light in Wilmington (where Chapman’s in Town Antiques is located) off of scenic Route 9. Follow the signs at the bridge and they’re open seasonally every weekend Memorial Day through Columbus Day from 10am to 4pm or by appointment.
