Those of us who call Vermont home are lucky, for we get to enjoy all the phenomenal local products that are made by our talented artisans, chefs, vineyardists, brewers, bakers, and farmers. Any list of Vermont products will no doubt leave out something special to someone, but going for a wide appeal, this list endeavors to enumerate the nine things that Vermonters cannot live without. So, without further ado, here we go!
An obvious first choice, considering the popularity and exquisite taste that Ben & Jerry's has brought to our state and the world. Whether you like swirls and chunks or a simple, creamy ice cream, Ben & Jerry's features flavors for absolutely everyone.
We may not have mastered the croissant like the Parisians, or the rolls like the Germans, but the selection of artisan breads in Vermont is nothing to sniff at. From O Bread Bakery to August First, and Red Hen Bakery to Elmore Mountain Bread, Vermont artisan bread bakers have a lot of crunch to offer.

Who doesn't love Vermont cheese? Our dairy farmers work tirelessly to make some of the most creamy and delectable cheese across the country.
