There’s no shortage of festive Christmas activities around the Beehive State, but there’s one festival that you’ll want to make sure is on your list this year. Check out the Swiss Christmas Festival at Zermatt Utah Resort and Spa.
Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa is nestled in the Heber Valley, and that's where you want to be on December 13th through the 15th this year when the resort hosts its Swiss Christmas Festival.
Zermatt gets all dressed up for the holidays, and you'll love the festive atmosphere. Enjoy the beautiful Christmas tree and huge gingerbread house in the lobby.
Kids will love to build their own gingerbread house, and adults can create a wreath or container garden. Make sure to get a ticket for your Christmas craft experience early - they're not available at the festival, but must be purchased in advance.
The whole family will want to take a ride on the carousel. Bundle up so you'll stay nice and warm throughout your ride. You can get tickets for your family to enjoy the festivities here.
A concert with Ryan Shupe and the Rubber Band is a special treat that you won't want to miss. The concert is December 13th at 7:30 p.m.. Adult tickets start at just $20/each.
The Christmas Market runs all three days of the festival; children's activities are available on Friday, December 14th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m, and Saturday, December 15th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m..
