There are endless places to explore in the Beehive State, but some trips are once-in-a-lifetime adventures. Here’s a trip that takes you through a gorgeous canyon near Vernal, and you’ll never forget the memories you make here!
Your whitewater adventure takes place at Dinosaur National Monument, where you'll travel from Utah, into Colorado and through Lodore Canyon before entering Utah again. You'll meet up at the company's office in Vernal, and take a three-hour van ride to the put-in location.
This trip takes you through some absolutely stunning scenery along the Green River. You'll encounter towering cliffs, see petroglyphs in the canyon walls, and even catch glimpses of wildlife along the way.
The trip from the put-in at Brown's Park National Wildlife Refuge to the take-out at Split Mountain take a total of four days. You'll dine and camp alongside the river, and all your meals are included in the price of your trip.
This whitewater adventure is appropriate for kids ages eight and older.
