When autumn finally arrives in Utah, she’s dressed in the splendor of the season. Her stay might be brief, so you’ll want to get out and bask in the beautiful hues of yellow, orange, and red as soon as you can. One of the best places to dine during fall months is Log Haven. Tucked away in Millcreek Canyon, it’s surrounded by vibrant fall foliage.
Log Haven has long been famous for its status as the most romantic restaurant in the Beehive State, and when it's surrounded by the beautiful hues of autumn, it gets even better.
This cozy little log restaurant is nestled amongst the trees in Millcreek Canyon. You'll feel far away from civilization here, but it's just a short 10 minute drive up the canyon.
The restaurant was originally built in 1920 as a summer home for L.F. Rains and his wife. It was completely renovated in the 1990s, and it's a little gem in the woods today.
This is a stunning venue for an autumn wedding, so if you're planning to get married next year, talk to them soon so you can celebrate your special day surrounded by this scenery.
Put on your costume and visit during Haunted Haven on October 20th, 30th, and 31st. The restaurant dresses up for Halloween, and offers holiday drink and dining specials and Tarot card readings.
See more pretty fall photos of Log Haven on its Facebook page, and visit its website to see the full menu. We’d love to hear from you if you’ve dined here this fall, so leave us your comments!
