Utah Lake is one of the Beehive State’s greatest natural resources. This is the third largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi River and it is an impressive 24 miles long and 12 miles across. While this lake is often overlooked by other bodies of water in the state, there is one festival designed to make sure this lake receives the spotlight it deserves — the Utah Lake Festival.
This festival will take place on June 3, 2023. You can learn about specific activities, sign up to be a food vendor, and more, on the Utah Lake Commission website. Follow the commission’s Facebook page for additional news and event information.
Have you attended the Utah Lake Festival in years past? If so, what were some of your favorite activities at this one-day event? Let us know in the comments. And, if you want to learn even more about Utah Lake State Park and some of its recreational activities, check out our feature article.
