Beans and Brews is a Utah company that’s grown to include 35 locations throughout the state. You’ll find shops all over the Salt Lake Valley, but also in towns like Vernal, Centerville, Riverton, Syracuse and Wendover.

It’s only open from April to October, but it’s such a gem I had to mention it. Artist Bradshaw Bowman dreamt of building a coffee shop, and he fulfilled that dream at age 87.
