Utahns have plenty of local choices when it comes to cheese and ice cream. From Aggie ice cream in Logan to cheese curds in Beaver, there’s certainly no shortage of freshly-made dairy to enjoy here. If you’ve drive along I-15 through Beaver, you’ve probably noticed this beautiful creamery, but have you ever visited? Check it out!
The Creamery has been making delicious cheese in Beaver, Utah since 1952, and in the winter of 2018, they built this beautiful new retail location.
Then, head inside to find some delicious cheese. The Creamery makes all your favorite varieties, including colby, pepper jack, gouda, monterey jack, and baby, mild, medium, and sharp cheddars.
The cheese curds are made right here at The Creamery, and they make the perfect snack, whether you're enjoying them on the road or in your lunchbox. We're particularly partial to the Cheese Medley bag, which includes mild cheddar, medium cheddar, sharp cheddar, colby, colby jack, pepper jack, and gouda curds.
You'll also want to sit down and enjoy some lunch! Of course, the dining experience includes plenty of tasty items featuring cheese made right here. The grilled cheese sandwich and cup of tomato soup (topped with fried cheese curds!) is perfect on a chilly day...
It's probably obvious that you should get some ice cream for dessert, but we'll remind you anyway. With 24 flavors of hand-dipped ice cream, you'll have a hard time choosing, but we're confident that you'll figure it out.
It's open Sunday noon to 6 p.m., Monday-Wednesday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday-Friday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
