Porter’s Place, Lehi
Employees at Porter’s Place report paranormal activity and have even seen a ghost in the dining room. A man wearing a leather coat appeared, then walked across the restaurant, disappearing into the wall on the far side of the room. Items often go missing, and people hear voices and footsteps after closing.
Harold B. Lee Library, BYU
BYU students report that the reading room in the music section of the library is haunted. Sudden temperature changes, moaning, and furniture moving are some of the paranormal activities reported. Campus Drive, BYU.
Spanish Fork Cemetery
The Weeping Widow is buried here, marked by a statue of a woman. The statue supposedly weeps after dark, and visitors hear a woman crying and calling for her baby. 420 S. 400 E.
Latuda
If you’re willing to add a few hours to your road trip, take a side trip to Latuda by heading toward Helper on Route 6. Several miners were killed in a series of avalanches that destroyed homes and buildings in 1927. The White Lady of Latuda is said to wander through this mining ghost town. She’s a ghostly woman, wearing a white dress, who is rumored to be the widow of one of the killed miners. The area is private property but can be easily seen from the road. Get permission before wandering through the buildings. From Latuda, proceed south to I-70, then west to Salina.
Scenic Quick Stop, Salina
Apparently, even convenience stores can be haunted. Employees of the Scenic Quick Stop in Salina report items moving around, loud noises, voices and even glimpses of a ghost. 1645 S. State Street.
Moore’s Old Pine Inn, Marysvale
Stay overnight at Moore’s Old Pine Inn. Owners and guests often report seeing two women sitting on the front porch swing. The women evaporate as people come closer. A psychic visiting the inn reported paranormal activity in several of the rooms. 110 S. Main Street.
Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Kanab
Some visitors have claimed to see "skin walkers" (Native American ghosts) at the sanctuary. 5001 Angel Canyon Rd.
Grafton
The most photographed ghost town in the West is also reportedly haunted. Visitors say they feel breath on their necks, hear voices and footsteps and experience an eerie presence.

The oldest building at SUU, Old Main is haunted by a ghost called "Virginia." She was murdered in the foothills near the quarry where the stone for the building was collected. It’s said that her ghost came to campus along with the building materials. Virginia wanders around the third floor of the building. Braithwaite Fine Arts Gallery occasionally fills with the sound of piano music played by another ghost. 351 W. University Blvd.
