When you’re craving south-of-the-border flavors, you have lots of options to choose from in Salt Lake City. From the famous Red Iguana to this tiny taco truck that serves up authentic tacos right on the side of the road, you could spend months exploring all the Mexican food options here. We’ve recently discovered a tiny taco shop that’s tiny is size but big in flavor, and you’re going to want to check this place out:
There's nothing better than a tasty trio of tacos to make any day better. Welcome to Taco Taco, a tiny taco shop in downtown Salt Lake City.
Check out Taco Taco at 208 E. 500 S., Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
This tiny, eclectic little taco shop is kind of like a taco truck without wheels. Its menu is short and simple, and at just $3 each, the tacos are affordable.
Choose from six basic tacos, including al pastor, chicken, chicken chili-verde, chicken mole negro, carne asade, and zucchini blossom. Pair your tacos with a Mexican cerveza, margarita, or bottled soda.
If fish tacos are your thing, you'll love the beer-battered Mahi-Mahi tacos. They're not too greasy, and the fish is tender and flavorful. Watch for these to go on special!
Taco Taco also serves quesadillas and huge burritos stuffed with the same top-quality ingredients as the tacos, so you can mix it up every now and then.
