Delta is a small town in Utah that is home to many hidden gems. It is where you will find the Topaz Museum and the annual Snow Goose Festival. However, Delta is also home to Rancher Motel Café, one small-town diner in Utah that is quite impressive. In fact, this place to eat is often packed with locals who just can’t get enough of the food, especially the breakfast dishes and the delicious desserts.

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and the breakfast dishes at Rancher Motel Café do not disappoint. You’ll find everything from French toast and omelets to pancakes, chicken fried steak, and biscuits and gravy.
While you’ll certainly spot many regulars during breakfast at this Delta restaurant, you’ll see many more at lunch. Try the daily lunch special or one of the many sandwiches on the menu.
All sandwiches come with potato chips, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions. You can also substitute French fries in place of the potato chips for an additional charge.
Dinner is going to put a smile on your face at this small-town diner in Utah. The dinners are large and there are quire an assortment of options such as hamburger streak, jumbo shrimp, pork chops, and more.
All of the dinner entrees are served with soup or salad bar, baked potatoes, French fries, or mashed potatoes.
And while the meals are certainly impressive and extremely delicious, they aren’t the only reason that locals flock to this restaurant — it’s also for the desserts. For example, the pies served here are homemade and an absolute must try.
