On most Monday nights throughout 2023, the Heber Valley Railroad is offering the Monday Night Train, a train ride for the entire family. In fact, with a train-themed restaurant nearby, Monday nights have just become the best night of the week.
Established in 1899, the Heber Valley Railroad is one attraction in Utah that has been welcoming guests year after year. From holiday-themed rides to scenic journeys in Provo Canyon, this railroad offers adventures for all ages.
In 2023, the Heber Valley Railroad will feature the Monday Night Train. This 90-minute evening train ride will take passengers through Heber Valley and along the beautiful Deer Creek Reservoir.
This train ride is designed for families. Not only will you have plenty of time to just stare out the window, but the ride will be full of excitement. There will be sing-a-longs, dance parties, and squeals of delight.
Boarding for the train ride begins at 6:40 p.m. and you won’t want to be late. Before boarding, you can experience an Old West gunfight — just a little excitement before you hop aboard.
You can purchase a family pass, which allows up to six passengers. Children under the age of two do not need a ticket. You can always purchase single tickets if you’d prefer, rather than a family pass.
Open since 1946, this family-owned restaurant not only serves incredible food, but the entire atmosphere is fantastic. With model trains and train décor all throughout the restaurant, this is the perfect addition to your Monday night.
