When you are looking for an incredible dining experience, head to the mountains. Tucked away at Snowbird Ski Resort is The Aerie, a fine-dining restaurant that not only provides the most delicious food, but the views are going to leave you breathless. This restaurant may be remote, but it is certainly unforgettable.
The Aerie is located on the 10th floor of The Cliff Lodge at Snowbird Ski Resort. And when you arrive, you’ll instantly be enchanted by the beauty surrounding you.
However, the food is just as good as the views at The Aerie. You can sit in the lounge and enjoy a drink before heading to the dining room. Here, you’ll find a beautiful fireplace, live music, and a menu with a variety of drinks and food specials.
The dinner menu is packed with everything from delicious appetizers like chowder and tuna to entrees that include lamb shank, trout, chicken, and cannelloni.
The Aerie also boasts an award-winning wine list with hundreds of options from across the globe. You'll easily find something to complement any of the entrees on the menu.
And, before you leave, make sure to try one of the delectable desserts. There is also an assortment of nightcaps, dessert wine, and specialty drinks to end this fine-dining experience.
Reservations are recommended for dinner. If you wish to stay in the lounge, seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. This remote restaurant is also open for dinner all year long. You can learn more on The Aerie website and Snowbird Ski Resort Facebook page.
