Here in Utah, we are blessed to have several beautiful lake beaches. From the soft sandy beaches at Bear Lake to those found in southern Utah at Sand Hollow State Park, there are places all over the Beehive State that will make you feel like you are right on the coast. One lesser-known inland beach is found on the eastern shore of Pineview Reservoir — Middle Inlet Beach. With plenty of space for a day in the sand and a gorgeous picnic area, you may have found your new favorite summer day trip destination.
For more information about Middle Inlet Picnic Area, visit the U.S. Forest Service website.
Have you spent time at Middle Inlet Beach or what are your favorite beaches at Pineview Reservoir? Can you think of another beach in Utah that rivals the coast? Let us know in the comments!
