There is nothing quite like spending time out in nature. A little fresh air, sunshine, and physical activity can do wonders for your mood and overall well-being. Near the city of Alpine is one nature trail that is going to create a delightful day outdoors. With stream crossings, meadows, and a waterfall finish, Horsetail Falls is one trail that is stunning but beware… you will need to put in some effort.
If you are planning to hike Horsetail Falls, we suggest tackling this trail early in the day as this area can become quite busy. The first portion of the trail is not shaded so bring water and sunscreen as well.
Have you ever hiked to Horsetail Falls? What was your experience like on this nature trail in Utah? Let us know in the comments! If you are searching for an easier waterfall hike in Utah, check out the Grotto Falls Trail near Santaquin.
