Rocky Top Fruit Farm first began in 1989 when Monte and Shauna Phelps purchased 50 acres. They turned the farm into a family business, with their six children helping to plant, care for, and pick the fruit.
Once the children were grown and out of the house, Rocky Top Fruit Farm transformed into the 32-acre u-pick fruit farm in Utah that we know today.
As you visit this fruit farm, you’ll be impressed with the selection of fruit. From cherries to peaches and various berries, there is something for everyone and every season. Plus, all of the fruit is grown using organic methods and is GMO-free.
During your visit, you can fill up large buckets or sacks of ripe fruit. The fruit is charged by the pound with a one-pound minimum charge for all berries and a three-pound minimum charge for peaches and apples.
You may also pick up pre-picked fruit if you simply don’t have the time to pick your own. You can contact the farm for more information and current options.
Not only can you purchase fresh fruit, but Rocky Top Fruit Farm also owns beehives and extracts honey. You can purchase the raw honey at the farm, which is packed with flavor. Homemade jam is also available for purchase as well.
