Whoever invented brunch was a genius. You get to sleep in on the weekend, arrive at the cafe around 11 a.m. or noon, and still enjoy tasty breakfast food. While there are plenty of places to get great brunch in the Beehive State, this quaint little cafe is one of our favorites.
The Park Cafe is a Salt Lake City staple. It's a quaint little cafe, located right across the street from Liberty Park. You'll find it at 604 E. 1300 S., Salt Lake City, UT 84105.
This place is quite possibly the best for brunch in the entire Salt Lake Valley. Everything is fresh and delicious, and the service (once you get seated) is fast and friendly.
The Michigan Hash is a house specialty. It includes Park potatoes mixed with sausage, green peppers, onion, and mushrooms, then topped with eggs and cheddar cheese.
Ordering the French Toast Foolishness is anything but foolish — it might be the best thing on the menu! Sweet, delicious French toast is paired with savory Park Potatoes, 2 slices of bacon, and eggs.
