Utah has just about every kind of restaurant you could ever want, but our remote little towns are home to little gems that we often overlook. Here’s a diner that’s way out in the middle of nowhere, but it has some of the best food ever.
The tiny town of Mexican Hat is about as remote as you can get in Utah. It's located in the far southeastern corner of the state, near the four corners area.
This cozy diner has a western theme, and it's got tons of seating, a pool table, and a bar. If you're looking for a cold beer, glass of wine, or cocktail, you'll find that this is the only restaurant with a liquor license within 100 miles.
