It’s hard to beat the beauty of the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway. This beautiful, winding road takes you up into the High Uinta Wilderness, where you’ll find waterfalls, lakes, and plenty of fresh mountain air. Fuel your road trip adventure with a tasty burger at The Notch Pub, located at the beginning of the byway in Kamas.
It's hard not to be obsessed with the beauty of the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway. It's a 42-mile-long road that takes you from Kamas all the way into the Uinta mountains, then to the Utah/Wyoming border.
The Notch Pub is family-friendly, too! There's a special family dining area that allows children.
The food at The Notch is just as amazing as its view. Sink your teeth into a juicy burger with a side of fries, sweet potato fries, or onion rings. These burgers are made fresh, and there are several varieties to choose from.
Choose from a classic cheeseburger, BBQ bacon burger, Big Blue, The Goat, or Veggie burger. You'll also find some tasty sandwiches on the menu, and the fish & chips entree is delicious.
The Notch Pub is open every day of the week from noon to 9 p.m., but the kitchen closes at 8 p.m., so make sure you get there in time to order some dinner!
While the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway closes during winter months, the pub is open year-round.
