Utah’s small towns are little gems just waiting to be discovered, and some of their best features are the little restaurants and cafe that have been serving locals for decades. There’s one such cafe in the tiny town of Snowville, and you’re going to want to pay it a visit.
For a blast from the past, visit Mollie's Cafe in Snowville, a tiny town with just a few hundred residents. You'll find it right on the border of Utah and Idaho along I-84.
When Mollie arrived in Snowville in the 1940s, the little cafe was already here, but it was called something else. She bought it, renamed it, and the rest is history. It's been serving locals and visitors tasty, homemade food ever since.
The burgers, fries, and onion rings are all good choices for lunch, and you'll find plenty of comfort food on the dinner menu, like chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes.
Whatever you do, don't leave without a slice of pie. The homemade pies here are legendary. If you're too full to enjoy one for dessert, take a slice to go.
Have you dined at Mollie’s Cafe? Tell us about your visit! If you’re looking for another great restaurant in one of Utah’s small towns, check out this steakhouse located in Torrey.
