There are certain historic icons that you immediately recognize if you grew up in Utah, and Lehi Roller Mills is certainly one of them. Take a look!
Lehi Roller Mills opened in April, 1906, and at the time, it was one of the most modern mills in the country. Throughout the years, the mills were continually modernized to incorporate new technology and meet consumer demands.
Lehi Roller Mills produces Peacock and Turkey brand flour, along with several flours that are branded as Lehi Roller Mills flour, such as artisan unbleached flour, wheat bran, and certified organic strong bread flour.
If you grew up in the 1980s, you probably remember the scene in the original "Footloose" movie, where Kevin Bacon dances through the mill. While you won't find any hot, young actors cavorting through the assembly line today, you will find some great people, a beautiful historic place, and a rich tradition of creating flour from wheat.
