Fall is here in Utah, but we’re not quite ready to stay huddled indoors yet! Lagoon is still open on weekends, and it’s full of frights and fun. Check out Frightmares:
It's a time-honored tradition for many Utahns to visit Lagoon during summer months, and it's always a blast to catch Frightmares every fall.
The park stays open on weekends from September 11th through October 31st for its Frightmares event, where you'll find plenty of thrilling rides and scary frights.
Whether you're catching a coaster during the day...
The ghouls and goblins inside the Malevolent Mansion are hauntingly creepy. This attraction is definitely too scary for little kids, but if you're up for some super scary fun, you'll want to venture inside.
While some of the attractions at Frightmares are best suited for older kids, there's still plenty for the little ones! Visit Treat Street in Pioneer Village, stroll through Spook-A-Boo Walk Through, and check out Scary and Crow's Straw Maze.
Ghouls and spooks can be found all throughout the park, but if you don't want them to scare you, get a "No Scare" glow stick for just $1. It will keep all the creepy characters away.
Masks are required at Frightmares, but please leave costumes, face paint, and Halloween masks at home.
Lagoon is offering limited admission to enable social distancing and keep everyone safe. Reserve your time slot online in advance.
Are you ready for some frights and fun? Check out the Lagoon website to get your Frightmares tickets in advance, and visit Lagoon’s Facebook page to see what’s in store for you this year.
