Utah is home to 44 wonderful state parks, and the newest addition is just a year old. Echo State Park is a small park with a reservoir, camping, and tons of great fishing. Take a look:
Echo State Park is a little gem in Coalville. For many years, Echo Resort was a favorite for Utah anglers, and last May, the state officially took it over, adding it as the 44th park in the Beehive State's park system.
Today, it's popular spot for Utah anglers who come here to catch smallmouth bass, perch, and catfish. The adjacent Weber River is also a great spot to fly fish for trout.
Bring your boat along! The boat ramp helps you get into the water quickly. This reservoir isn't nearly as crowded as Jordanelle or Rockport, so you'll have even more fun here.
