Today, as one of the oldest pioneer homes in southern Utah, you can’t expect this structure to be large. In fact, it is only 100 square feet, but it is perfect for couples or even for a solo vacation.
The best time to stay in this historic pioneer home in southern Utah is during the spring and fall months as the temperatures tend to be just right. The summers can become very hot inside this little cabin.
A small air conditioning unit is provided during the summers but must be kept at temperatures above 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
