Utah’s small towns are full of little gems, from their pretty parks to their family-owned cafes, and the town of Fillmore is no exception. Since the 1950s, Cluff’s Carhop Cafe has been serving up tasty burgers, and you’ll step back in time when you walk in the door.
Cluff's Carhop Cafe got its start in 1950, and it's currently owned and operated by the grandson of the founder. Three generations have built the reputation of this little burger joint, and it's a favorite in the little community of Fillmore.
The dining room is full of vintage items collected throughout the years, and this place is one of the few in the country that still offers carhop service.
People come from far and wide to dine on a tasty burger, fries, and a shake at Cluff's. This isn't typical fast food - everything is made with quality ingredients.
Make sure to try to the blended sodas. Way back before these became popular, Cluffs offered fresh lime sodas in flavors like raspberry and watermelon lemonade.
Your meal isn't complete without dessert, and Cluff's doesn't disappoint. The ice cream menu includes plenty of tempting flavors. Try a thick shake, or order a sundae.
