When you think of all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants, you probably think of limp salad fixings and bland heaps of instant mashed potatoes. Those places certainly exist, but if you want fresh, home-cooked food, you’ll want to visit Chuck-A-Rama. It has a huge buffet with something for everyone.
Chuck-A-Rama is a Utah Restaurant that got its start in 1966. Owner Don Moss came up with the name by combining "Chuck Wagon" with "Scout-O-Rama."
Today, the restaurant has 10 Utah locations from St. George to Logan. It also has restaurants in Boise and Idaho Falls.
It's a popular place to dine when you've got a big group to feed, if your family has a big appetite, or if everyone wants something different for dinner.
You'll also enjoy the specialty food on Seafood Day, Italian Day, Mexican Day, Asian Day, and International Day. Sunday is Family Dinner Day, with all your favorite comfort foods.
Pile your plate high, then go back for seconds of your favorite dishes.
All of Chuck-A-Rama's locations are open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays, and for dinner from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
Chuck-A-Rama has ten locations in Utah and two in Idaho. Click here to see all the locations, addresses, and hours of operation.
