Fish Lake is a big, beautiful alpine lake, tucked away in the national forest. It's a deep lake, averaging 85 feet, and is six miles long and a full mile wide.
Stay overnight in one of the cozy cabins at Bowery Haven Resort. You can choose from rustic or regular cabins that sleep up to four guests, or deluxe cabins that sleep up to six.
The RV park offers travelers with trailers and motorhomes electric and water hookups. The campground has restrooms with showers, a laundry room, and dump station.
There's also a small motel with four rooms that each sleep four guests. You'll want to make sure that you reserve your lodging or campsite early — this resort fills up during summer months.
