There is nothing like spending the night under the stars. However, during the cold winters in Utah, this isn’t always possible. Fortunately, when you dine in the rooftop igloos at Boneyard Saloon in Park City, you’ll have gorgeous views of the night sky and can fill your belly with delicious food. An evening in these rooftop igloos in Utah is the perfect winter night.
Welcome to the Boneyard Saloon in Park City. This bar and grill not only serves award-winning food but there is quite the selection of draft and bottled beers, cocktails, and wines on tap. This is an adults-only restaurant and you must be at least 21 years old to enter.
The interior of Boneyard Saloon is different than many other places to eat in Park City. There are two unique atmospheres inside this restaurant. One side features a custom-built wood-fired grill and more than a dozen large television screens.
On the other side is the Wine Dive. Here, you will find a wide selection of wines on tap and tasty food items.

However, during the winter months, you’ll want to sit in one of the rooftop igloos. There are three rooftop igloos and each gives you incredible views of both the night sky and the Park City area.
The igloos can comfortably sit up to 12 guests. You must place a reservation in advance to sit in a rooftop igloo in Utah, and you can schedule the igloo for up to 2.5 hours at a time. Be aware there is a booking fee for the igloos and a food-and-beverage minimum must be met.
No matter where you choose to sit when eating at Boneyard Saloon, the menu is extensive and you may have a hard time choosing your meal. There are entrees that range from burgers to wings to even a bowl of jambalaya.
When sitting in the Wine Dive area of this bar and grill, you'll find a different menu filled with interesting bites such as steamed Maine mussels, a variety of tacos, and brussels sprouts. You can also try one of the wood-fried artisan pizzas. There are a variety of flavors so you can easily find something to satisfy your own cravings.
Regardless of where you sit at this restaurant, you can order from either the Wine Dive menu or the Boneyard Menu.
No matter what you order, just make sure you order a drink to complement it. There is a large selection of beer, bottled wine, cocktails, and spirits to choose from.
