For a state with its population size, Utah has a surprisingly large number of restaurants serving authentic foods from other countries. If it’s Old-World Central European food you’re looking for, look no further than Bohemian Brewery, where you’ll find all sorts of authentic eats and lagers, too.
Welcome to Bohemian Brewery! This beautiful brewery and restaurant opened in Midvale in 2001, and it's been serving up delicious Central European cuisine and authentic lagers ever since.
You'll want to start with the Brewmasters Basket - a large appetizer that includes calamari, roasted garlic bulbs, and garlic fries. It's perfect to share.
The food here is authentic Central European cuisine with all the trimmings. Enjoy pierogies and bratwurst, served up with sides of dill sour cream and mustard...
On a chilly day, nothing beats a bowl of Bohemian goulash made with beef cubes that are stewed in sweet & spicy paprika sauce and served with with bread dumplings and red onions.
Bohemian Brewery uses traditional ingredients and techniques to brew Old World lagers in small batches. From the golden Noble Hefeweizen to the dark Cherny Bock Schwarzbier, you're certain to find one that's to your liking.
Visit Bohemian Brewery seven days a week. It's open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m, Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
