Our state is filled with some seriously good food, but some of the best food in Utah can be found in the tiny town of Springdale, right outside Zion National Park. The small town of just over 600 residents will knock your socks off when it comes to finding a good meal. Whether you are in the mood for something fancy, or some of the best coffee around, Springdale will deliver. Check out this amazing roundup of some of our favorite places!
Frequently touted as the "best restaurant in Zion," this gorgeous little spot specializes in Creative Cuisine by Chef King & Chef Nguyen. Their menu reflects seasonal ingredients, and they offer a full bar with local beer and wine. They also have some of the best views while dining! They are open Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 5 p.m. to midnight.
This award-winning restaurant is located in Flanigan’s Inn at Zion Canyon. A casual American bistro, they feature seasonal ingredients, hormone-free meats, and sustainably harvested seafood. They offer a European-style sidewalk cafe, and are open Thursdays through Sundays until December 1st. When they reopen, they will be open daily for dinners starting at 5 p.m.
This casual speciality coffee company offers delicious coffee roast blends, baked goods, smoothies, and organic and local ingredients whenever possible. Bagel sandwiches, breakfast burritos, quinoa bowls and more greet you when you visit this little blue building. Take your food and enjoy it under the trees while you gaze at the gorgeous mountains surrounding you. This great little spot is open seven days a week, from 6 a.m. through 2 p.m.
Arguably the best brunch spot in town, this one will serve up all of your favorite breakfast foods. Poached eggs, fruit bowls, even breakfast quesadillas grace the menu. You’ll love every bite, and the staff genuinely wants you to enjoy yourself. Dine out on the patio for the great atmosphere. This spot is open seven days a week. On Sundays, they’re open from 8 a.m. through 2 p.m., Mondays through Wednesdays 8 a.m. through 7 p.m., and Thursday through Saturdays from 8 a.m. through 10 p.m.
Cafe Soleil is filled with flavorful, fresh, and healthy meals. Paninis, salads, and breakfast favorites dot the menu. There’s also a great espresso list, and wraps, croissants, and more. Get your fill at this cute cafe seven days a week, from 7 a.m. through 4 p.m. each day.
