If you’re a hiker, you know that Utah’s trails are incredibly diverse. We have rugged trails that take you through alpine forests to the tops of mountains, trails that lead you through red rock cliffs and past hoodoos, and trails that are so special that you have to get a permit months in advance. There are trails for hard-core hikers, trails that allow dogs, and trails that are so easy that you can bring your grandma along. There’s even a trail here that offers up little bits of wisdom and inspiration along the way. Check out Aspiration Trail:
A brisk hike can really make you feel great - there's just something about basking in Utah's natural beauty that's inspiring. When you hike the Aspiration Trail, you'll experience even more of that hiker's high.

The trail is 1.8 miles, out and back, and it's considered moderately difficult because it's a bit of a climb. You'll gain nearly 500 feet in elevation as you make your way to the summit.

You'll have tons of fun reading these little gems, and you can't help but get a warm, fuzzy feeling when you realize that so many Utahns have taken the time to create these positive messages and share them with others.
When you reach Spectacular Summit, you'll find a sign that congratulates you on reaching the top and invites you to deposit a rock of your own to add to the pile of inspiration.

The view from Surveyors Circle is absolutely stunning. In typical Southern Utah fashion, it stretches out in front of you for miles.
This trail is completely sun-exposed and it can get pretty hot here, especially during summer months. Make sure to bring a hat, sunscreen, and plenty of water along.
