Spring has sprung in Utah, and even though we’ll still have a few days here and there when the weather’s cold, it’s finally time to go outside and play. Here are 10 places that we’ve recently featured that you absolutely must visit this spring. Choose your favorites, hop in the car, and have some fun!

1. Walk, run, or roll for up to 45 miles on the Jordan River Parkway.
Get out and get some exercise with the whole family this spring. The Jordan River Parkway is 45 miles long, and cuts through the entire Salt Lake Valley. Go for a stroll or a run, walk your dog, or hop your bike - you can go as far as you'd like! Read our feature article here.
2. Visit one of the largest public bison herds in America at Antelope Island.
Spring is one of the best times to visit Antelope Island. It's too early for insects, but you'll still see plenty of other wildlife, including as many as 700 bison. Pack a picnic lunch and spend the day on an island adventure. Read our feature article here.
Now's the perfect time to visit Veyo Pool & Crawdad Canyon. The pool won't be open for another month or so, but you can climb, hunt for crawdads, and camp with a reservation right now. It's a great time to visit before the crowds arrive for summer. Read our feature article here.
Springtime means baby animals, and these cuddly creatures are all waiting to meet you at Cross E Ranch's Baby Animal Festival. Pet a bunny, hold a chick, and say hello to a piglet. The festival runs from April 5th through May 4th. Read our feature article here.
5. Find treasures at the swap meet, then see a double feature at this drive-in.
Redwood Drive-In hosts an epic swap meet every Saturday and Sunday year-round, and it will be showing movies on its big screens again starting on April 26th. Read our feature article here.
This is Utah, so you know we'll have some rainy (and maybe even snowy!) days this spring. Don't let the weather put a damper on your springtime fun - head to Thanksgiving Point to visit the Conservatory at the Butterfly Biosphere. 7. Experience the rare waterfalls at Gunlock State Park.
Gunlock State Park is a stunning, 548-acre landscape near St. George, and it's a beautiful place for hiking and exploring. This year, rare waterfalls have formed due to the high water levels of Gunlock Reservoir. They'll disappear soon, so visit asap. Read our feature article here.
Mammoth Cave is a huge lava tube that's more than 2,200 feet long. It's located near Duck Creek Village in Southern Utah, and it's a blast to explore. Make sure to bring headlamps or flashlights. Read our feature article here.

9. Hang out with woodland fairies at Gardner Village.
How about a fairy festival? Put on your prettiest fairy wings and head to Gardner Village for the annual Woodland Fairy Festival from April 20th through June 15th. Look for tiny woodland fairy homes throughout the village, participate in the weekly parade, and get some tasty treats. Read our feature article here.
10. See dazzling wildflowers in the desert at Snow Canyon State Park.
It will still be several months before northern Utah will see bright blooms in the mountains, but Snow Canyon State Park starts filling with vibrant colors as early as April. Take one of the park's hiking trails to see them up close, and bring your camera! Read our feature article here.
