This Florida Beer Garden And Dog Park Is The Perfect Place To Relax With Your Pooch
If you don’t like spending even a moment apart from your furriest friend, this new Florida beer garden and dog park might be the perfect hangout. Here’s what you need to know about the opening of Boozehounds in Orlando.

Boozehounds is the ideal spot for dog lovers to relax on a hot day. The new bar, set to open in Orlando sometime in summer 2019, will combine a full-fledged beer garden and bar with a fun and colorful dog park. It will be the first of its kind in Central Florida, inviting dog owners to enjoy beer or cocktails while their pooches run around a sprawling park filled with play equipment and picnic tables.

The bar itself will be comprised of a 2,000-square-foot inside area built into retrofitted shipping containers and an 800-square-foot rooftop where owners can keep an eye on their dogs. Patrons will be able to enjoy flat-screen televisions and a menu packed with doggie-inspired food and drinks. Pups will also be able to indulge in "dog beer," a chicken broth-based drink served in a container that looks like a beer bottle.

Due to Florida regulations, patrons who want to let their dogs off the leash will need to purchase a membership. These are priced from $10 per day to $140 for an unlimited annual pass. Guests who keep their dogs on the leash won’t need to pay for anything other than food and drink, of course. All breeds are welcome, and there will be special areas for puppies and elderly dogs.
Boozehounds plans to open sometime in summer 2019 and will be found at 5501 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, FL. Click here to check out their website and keep up to date on opening details. For more of the best spots to explore in America, click here.
