A Chocolate Town Is Opening On The East Coast And It Looks Like Something From Willy Wonka
Calling all chocolate lovers – a massive chocolate town is being added to America’s sweetest amusement park and you’ll want to check it out. Here are the delectable details.

Hersheypark in Pennsylvania just made its "biggest announcement ever" and revealed that the chocolate-themed amusement park will be receiving a $150-million makeover. This renovation will add a 23-acre area called "Chocolate Town."

So what will Chocolate Town offer? One of the biggest draws will definitely be the planned "hypercoaster." Hersheypark claims that it will stand more than 200 feet tall and be the "longest, tallest, and fastest to date." Not much is known about what type of rollercoaster this ride will be, but the park has stated that further details will be released next summer.

Even if you don’t like coasters, this new expansion will have you drooling. Chocolate Town itself will be packed with tasty attractions like an ice cream parlor, kettle corn stands, a flagship Hershey’s store, and the park’s largest restaurant, bar, and patio.
Construction will begin in January 2019, but it may be a full two years before the entire new attraction is fully operational.
